Public - Private Partnerships
Utilizing facilitation and communication engagement tools, Blue Strike works with clients to cultivate new and expand existing partnerships in the public, private and non-profit sectors to increase program impact, efficiency and effectiveness across communities and industries. We work with clients and stakeholders, to understand current needs and opportunities, identify partners, policies and resources to fill gaps, and provide the strategic guidance to design locally attuned and responsive solutions.
Program Design
Blue Strike provides expert strategic planning, facilitation and engagement to assist our clients in translating policy objectives into concrete programs and actionable work plans that engage, empower and inspire individuals, businesses and communities in meeting their goals. We design resilient systems, operational structures, procedures and funding strategies that both define the aspirational vision and ensure the vision is realized into tangible, measurable and successful program outcomes. Our principals have designed statewide extended producer responsibility programs, statewide whole house energy efficiency programs, regional community choice energy programs, zero net energy communities, localized event sustainability programs and innovative organics management and edible food recovery programs. Our strength is in understanding policy and translating this policy into operationally effective programming that inspires action.
Policy Creation and Management
With our top-down and bottom-up approach, Blue Strike leverages expertise on the operational ground level to help our clients draft, adopt and implement policies and protocols to reduce barriers to successful programs. On the local government level for instance, we work with Cities and Counties to set strategic goals, adopt ordinances or set internal departmental policies that help further their climate and sustainability goals. Working with businesses, we identify policy and procedures within their business structure to accomplish the same goals. By embedding strategic policy, our clients are giving a structure to help unify efforts across organizations and departments and empower individuals and teams in accomplishing short, mid and long term objectives. As policies are established we provide tools or direct ongoing management services to evaluate and quantify progress toward these objectives, design specific programs and projects and implement operational services aligned with these policies.
Strategic Planning Facilitation
Blue Strike supports our clients in strategic planning through expert facilitation, research and analysis to achieve measurable results. A central pillar of all our work, we help articulate high level strategic goals, set strategic, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) objectives, identify resource gaps and opportunities, quantify potential outcomes, and fold in financial considerations to develop actionable roadmaps.
