From a top-down perspective, we work at an industry level to build public-private partnerships, create policy reform and design solution-based resources. These efforts help our clients build capacity. From a bottom-up perspective, we execute Green Teams and conduct robust stakeholder engagement which helps reveal operational challenges that become relevant as the industry considers new pathways to improving the triple bottom line of operations.
