Blue Strike approaches climate planning in three stages:
(1) Assist the organization to analyze and understand gaps in their current sustainability framework for facilities and operations, (2) Quantify the costs and year-by-year emissions reduction results of specific sustainability strategies which address gaps in the current framework, and (3) Prepare a capital improvements budget and action plan to guide the strategic implementation processes. Grounded in stakeholder engagement throughout the planning process, we work closely with each client to further scope the desired outcomes at the outset of each project, setting a guiding constellation for the path to successful implementation.
